Our courier BPOST delivers in 24H from Monday to Friday within Belgium.

 

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with the track and trace code so you can track your order at all times, if there is a problem with your delivery or insurance needs to be claimed please contact us at hello@georginasangines.com and we will help you to follow up with the shipping company.

For Europe and the rest of the world we ship with DHL express, the shipments are fully traceable and insured. 1- 4 business days delivery depending on country, specific delivery dates disclosed during checkout. 

 

If you cannot find your country on the list at checkout please contact us by chat or send an email to hello@georginasangines.com and we will follow up on your order by getting a shipping quote from our courier specifically for you.

Due to the circumstances regarding Covid-19, some delivery delays may occur.

Respective Import Taxes, TVA or Custom Fees might be charged to you upon delivery of your order. Please understand that we have no influence on delivery delays due to safety measures of the customs authorities, or other possible delays.   

Returns Conditions

Please note that we don't mass produce, for that reason we ask you to understand that custom made items can take up to six weeks production time, we will work hard to deliver your product as soon as possible, Thank you for your patience!

If you order a product in stock we will process it within 1-3 days. 

Orders will only be shipped during working days.

 

Sometimes high volume orders might delay shipments for a few days, in that case we will let you know the approximate new delivery time.

 

When purchasing a sample please be aware that these items are not eligible for return.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will be responsible of paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Once we have received it, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
